Federico Russo was born in Rome on February 11, 1989. He started drawing from a young age, initially fascinated by graffiti and street art. In 2015 he graduated in history art dealing with Flemish emblematic iconology during the Protestant Reformation.

From 2017 he began collaborating with some art magazines and came to the first group exhibitions.

It was the first solo exhibition of Roma Annegata, organized in 2019 at Enoteca il Piccolo, with AQVARIVM, inaugurated at Diorama in April 2022, that Federico asserts with full awareness of his role in the Roman art scene.
