Alessandro Vasari was born in Rome on February 25, 1957. I am a photographer of art, architecture and industry. I trained at the family studio in Rome with my father Giorgio and initially assisted by my brothers Andrea and Francesco, who have since undertaken other activities. I have had collaborations with major national and international art publishers and with companies, public and private entities for the development of iconographic projects in publishing, advertising and corporate. His work is present in many Companies and International Collections among which: ENEL Group, Mondadori Portfolio, The University of Melbourne, the National Gallery of Art of Washington, the National Gallery of Modern and Contemporary Art in Rome, the Palazzo Venezia Museum, the Doria Pamphilj Gallery. Vasari has been included in the following important projects: On-Line Photographic Archives for ENEL, "Empire Of The Eye" multimedia project for the National Gallery of Art of Washington and the M.O.M.A. in N.Y., the catalogs for the exhibitions "Adolfo Wildt" and "Dolce Vita? Dal Design al Disegno industriale del '900" for the Musée d'Orsay, the Exhibition "La Grande Guerra" for Gallerie d'Italia, the Exhibition "Valentine de Boulogne:Beyond Caravaggio" for the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, the Catalogues for SOTHEBY'S and BONHAMS Auction Houses. Exhibitions: 2005 Personal "The memory of the stones" Arteficinterni Gallery - Rome. 2006 Solo exhibition "D'ailleurs, c'est toujours les autres qui meurent" from an idea of Fabio Sargentini, AGAVE Gallery in Rome. 2007 Collective curated by Massagrigia, "Horizons" Brancaleone Gallery in Rome. 2009 Collective curated by Massagrigia "RED EYES", Forte Prenestino, Rome. 2010 Collective curated by Massagrigia "RED EYES", Forte Prenestino, Rome. 2011 Travelling collective, "150 Years of Italy".

2012 Collective "INSIDE YOU THING YOU" BY MASSAGRIGIA, TORRE BRUCIATA, VIA ANTICA CATTEDRALE, TERAMO. 2013 Collective "The Dark Room Project" in Muro Leccese. 2014 Collective "The Darkroom Project" TAG Gallery in Rome and Stuttgart.
